Members can book 10 days ahead, everyone else 7. Handy for the early and late classes.
Change tier whenever
Busy month, quiet month: move up or down a tier whenever you like.
Pause, don’t cancel
Away, injured or just need a break? Pause for up to 2 months in any 12, and you’re not charged while paused.
Keep the founder rate
For as long as you stay, including through pauses and tier changes.
The plain terms
- Billing
- Paid by card, every 4 weeks, until you cancel. That's 13 payments a year, not 12.
- No minimum term
- Stay as long as you like. No joining fee either.
- Cancelling
- Any time. Your membership runs to the end of the 4 weeks you’ve paid for, and no more payments are taken.
- How to cancel
- Sign in to your account, in the app or on our website, and cancel there. No forms, no phone call.
- Unused classes
- They don’t roll over into the next 4 weeks. If you’d rather bank classes, a class pack lasts longer.
- Pausing
- Up to 2 months in any 12. Ask us at least a day before your billing date.

Membership questions
When am I charged?
Memberships are billed every 4 weeks, by card, until you cancel. That's 13 payments a year, not 12. There's no joining fee and no minimum term.
How do I cancel my membership?
Sign in to your account, in the app or on our website, and cancel your membership there. You can do it any time, there's no minimum term, and nothing else to fill in. Your membership stays active until the end of the 4 weeks you've paid for, and no more payments are taken. If you'd rather keep your place, you can pause instead. If you're a founder member, cancelling means losing the founder rate.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, for up to 2 months in any 12. Ask us at least a day before your billing date. You're not charged while paused. Need longer, for an injury or a new baby, say? Just ask.
Can I change tier?
Yes, whenever you like, up or down. Just ask us. Founder members keep the founder rate on whichever tier they move to.
How long do I keep the founder rate?
For as long as you stay a member, including through pauses and tier changes. If you cancel and come back later, it's the standard rate.
Do unused membership classes roll over?
No, unused classes don't roll over into the next 4 weeks. If you'd rather come as and when, a class pack gives you more time to use your classes.
