Three classes, £39

You're in the right place. It's not about being super flexible or super strong, and it's not about knowing all the answers. Bring whatever today looks and feels like in your body. We'll figure out the rest together.

That’s £13 a class, against £30 for a drop-in. One per person, for anyone new to Wild Fox.

  • Taught by Rose, who’s been teaching for 10 years
  • STOTT-certified in mat and reformer
  • 10 reformers, so you’re always seen, never just squeezed in

How it works

  1. Buy the intro

3 classes for £39, paid once. No joining fee and nothing to cancel later.

  2. Book your classes

Pick Fox Fundamentals or Fox Signature on the timetable, whichever fits your week.

  3. Come as you are

Get here 10 minutes early and we’ll set you up on your reformer.

Coming up

The next few classes on the timetable. Fundamentals and Signature are both fine for a first class.

We all started somewhere

The things people tell us before their first class, and what we'd say back.

I've never used a reformer before.

The first meeting is always a bit "what is going on here?", and that's okay. Your teacher will show you round the reformer before class starts, and if you're unsure about anything during class, just ask. Really, no problem.

I'm not flexible enough.

There's no flexibility test to get in. Pilates helps with that, and you'll probably leave your first class less tight than you walked in. The idea that you have to be super flexible to start Pilates is a myth.

I'll have trouble keeping up.

The slower the better with these exercises, and the transitions get easier with practice. Take your time for your first few classes. Where we can help, we will.

I'm not very strong.

It's not about being the strongest in the room. Zero comparison: it's your 50 minutes. A willingness to show up and a bit of curiosity about what might be possible is all we'll ever ask.

Your first class

A few things so you're all set.

  1. Arrive 10 minutes early

Please try to get here 10 minutes before your first class, so we can sign you in and set you up on your reformer. Let us know about any injuries, and ask us anything.

  2. Shoes off, socks on

No shoes on or around the reformers, please. Leave them by the door and pop your grip socks on. If you haven't got any, we sell them at the studio.

  3. The class

50 minutes, with no more than 10 of you, so we can support you from warm-up to cool-down. Footwork and feet in straps often feature, and we might use props like the box, a fitness circle or a squishy ball. Fun, rarely tortuous, is the daily agenda.

  4. Afterwards

Your teacher will check in briefly. Head straight off or stay for a few minutes, nothing's compulsory.

8 classes every 4 weeks

£135

£16.88 a class. Or 4 classes for £72, 12 classes for £199.

What is the founder intro?

Our opening offer, for a limited time: 3 classes for £39. It's for anyone who hasn't been to a class with us before, with no joining fee and no further commitment. Once it ends, our intro pack is 3 classes for £49.

How does the founder intro work?

3 classes for £39, so you can see if reformer is for you. Book Fox Fundamentals or Fox Signature, whichever fits your week. There's no further commitment after that.

What if I need to cancel?

Plans change, we get it. If you can't make your class, please cancel at least 12 hours before in the app or on our website, so someone on the waitlist can have your spot. Any later and the class still counts. If you don't make it at all, you'll also be charged £5.

What do I need to bring?

Grip socks, water and a small towel, as some days it's a hot one. Something comfy to move in (no jeans, please). We'll take care of the rest.

Can I come if I have an injury?

Usually, yes. If it's chronic or severe, check with your doctor before starting anything new. Not sure? Email hello@wildfoxpilates.co.uk and tell us what's going on. We're not doctors, but we'll know whether Pilates will help or hinder. If it's recent or severe, we may suggest a 1:1 first.

I'm pregnant or have recently had a baby. Can I still come?

Yes, you're very welcome. If you're new to reformer, please start before your third trimester (week 28), with Fox Fundamentals, our slower class, or a private session. If you're already coming to class, you can carry on: Fox Signature until week 28, then Fox Fundamentals. Please let your teacher know before class so we can give you options as you go. After having a baby, please wait until you've been cleared to exercise at your postnatal check. If you've got any concerns, it's worth checking with your midwife or GP first. Fox Cubs, our postnatal class, is on the way.

If I use different emails to get more intro packs, will you notice?

Yep. We commend the honesty, but we'll cancel any remaining intro bookings and you'll need to pick another option. Cheeky.

What if I don't like it?

That's absolutely fine. The founder intro is short on purpose. If reformer isn't your thing, or we're not quite what you're looking for, you'll know in ${word(FOUNDER_INTRO.classes)} classes.
